Why improving feels so hard
Ever wonder why, despite thousands of games, some players are still stuck in Bronze?
What most people miss is that it largely boils down to how you approach the game, than anything else.
A good way to explain that is with an analogy. Imagine you're in a 5v5 tug-of-war. You're uncertain if your loss was due to your own skill or your team’s mistakes. How can you pinpoint what to improve?

Sounds easy enough, but given that you can't play alone how would you judge your skill?
More importantly how do you improve if you do not know who is to blame.
You will never be 100% sure whether you win because of your team or because of something you did.
Even if you attempt at improve you do not know if you could have won if you had better technique or more strength.
In League of Legends it's worse...
